	Protector is a spray we can apply to your furniture after cleaning. It creates an invisible barrier around fibers that improves their resistance to dry soil, water-based stains, and wear and tear from everyday use. Since dry soils cause damage and shorten the life of fabrics, protector ensures that fabrics are not permanently destroyed and continue to look great year after year.

	Protector is typically applied to fabrics when they are new, but over time and through daily use, this original protector breaks down. If you want your upholstered furniture to clean up well and last longer, we highly recommend protector.

	Your specific upholstery fabric will determine which cleaning method we use. While the cleaning method along with optional protector application determines the drying time, typical dry time ranges from 1-6 hours.

	Kevin takes the mattresses off the bed and uses 240 degree steam cleaning along with cleansing solutions to clean and disinfect mattresses. Dust mites don't have a chance. With Kevin's cleaning, mattresses are dry and ready for use in 2 to 6 hours.
